Shipping Policy
Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time: Standard shipping takes an estimated 7–12 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive about 8–14 business days after you order. These are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and customs.
Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on all US orders.
Tracking: You’ll get an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take a couple of days to update.
Holiday orders: Advent calendars are meant to start on December 1. Order by November 1 to have yours in time.
Delays: If we expect your order to be late, we’ll email you a new delivery date, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of purchase, email support@assivo.co and we’ll reship or refund it.
Where we ship: We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
